The Colts will be holding a one day rugby camp next Wed December 28th in BALLYHAUNIS for all our youth players. There will be a Connacht development coach, two AIL coaches & some Colts coaches giving this one day camp. The day will run from 9.30am to 3.30pm. The cost of this one day camp is €10 per player.

Please ensure all players bring a packed lunch and a change of clothes for the day. The club will provide fruit and drinks for all players. Once a player arrives at the ground in the morning they are not allowed leave the area until they are collected by a parent/guardian. All players must have their lunch in the clubhouse.

The day will consist of :

9.30am – 9.45am: Player registration

9.45am – 11.15am: Players spilt into groups, spending time on rucking, mauling & tackling.

11.15am – 11.30am: Drinks break.

11.30am – 1pm: Players coached in lineouts, scrummaging & back play.

1pm – 1.30pm: Lunch

1.30pm – 3.15pm: Game time.

3.30pm: Day finishes.
