The rugby action continues on Saturday as all our mini rugby girls head to Athlone for a blitz while our boys teams have training on the Astroturf in Claremorris. Michael Ring, Minister of State at the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport will also be visiting on Saturday.
The girls have a Connacht Rugby blitz in Buccaneers, Athlone. Bus to Athlone leaves square, Claremorris 8.15am returning approx 2.30. Total cost is €10, this includes food. Please TEXT Pearse (087-9427598) by THURSDAY AT 6PM with your daughters name to book a seat on the bus as places are limited.
The Boys U7, U8 & U9’s teams will train as normal on the Astroturf from 10-11am.
The Boys U10, U11 & U12 teams will train as normal on the Astroturf from 11am until 12.15pm.
Also on Saturday Minister Michael Ring will present first aid certificates to the Colts coaches who recently completed their Level 5 Fetac First Aid Course. Gary Smith of Heneghan’s Pharmacy in Kiltimagh has kindly sponsored a set of First Aid Kits and the Minister will be presenting these kits to the club.
Minister Ring will also help with the January Colts Pitch Development Draw for cash prizes to the value of €1,000.
